Bio: David Scott Tenorio was born and raised in McAllen, Texas. As a student pursuing a Studio Art degree from the University of Texas at Austin, David divides his time between freelance work – concept art, portraiture, mural painting – and his personal work. His individual work involves concepts that include voyeurism, greed, and social class. David draws inspiration from societal situations as well as specific events within his own life. These ideas have taken life both through figurative and abstracted elements within his work. David has been awarded grants on the university level that funded seminars in New York and studying abroad in Italy.
